  • Use the Function Helper: Click the fx icon when entering a formula to get step-by-step guidance.
  • Master formatting fast: Highlight any cells and press Ctrl + 1 to instantly open the format menu.
  • Scroll like a pro: Use your mouse wheel to scroll vertically — add Ctrl + Shift to scroll horizontally.
  • Keep headers visible: Go to View → Freeze Panes → Freeze Top Row to lock your headers in place.
  • Lock cell references: Press F4 when referencing a cell to toggle between absolute and relative references.
