Microsoft Teams Tips
Want to get even more out of Microsoft Teams? Here are three quick tips that can improve your experience and save you time!
1. Switch to Dark Mode If you spend a lot of time in Teams, dark mode can be much easier on your eyes. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner, select Settings, and choose the Dark theme.
2. Add Your Webcam to PowerPoint Slides In PowerPoint, go to Insert > Cameo to add a live video placeholder directly onto your slide. Resize and position it wherever you'd like. When presenting in Teams, your webcam feed becomes part of the presentation—creating a more engaging experience for your audience.
3. Email Directly to a Teams Channel Need to share information with a team? Click the three dots (...) next to any Teams channel and select Get email address. You can then send an email to that address, and the message will automatically appear in the channel for everyone to see.
