How to Transfer Photos from Android to Laptop

1. Connect your phone to your computer​
Plug your Android phone into your Windows PC using a USB cable.

2. Open the Photos app​
Open the Start menu, type Photos, and select the Photos app.

3. Choose your phone​
Click Import, then select your Android phone from the list.

4. Change the USB setting if needed​
If your photos do not appear, your phone may be set to Charge Only.

On your phone:

• Open Settings
• Tap Connected Devices
• Select USB
• Choose File Transfer

Return to the Photos app, and your pictures should now appear.

5. Import your photos​
Select the photos you want to transfer, or click Select All, and then choose Import.
